What we collect

Order information: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and the details of what you purchase — used to fulfil orders, program your products to the destinations you provide, arrange shipping, and provide support.

Device and usage information: pages visited, browser, IP address, and interactions with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools set cookies that may link your visit to your activity on those platforms. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, Google's ad settings, and Meta's ad preferences.

Sharing

Your data is processed by Shopify (which hosts our store and processes payments), our shipping carriers, and the analytics and advertising providers above. We do not sell your personal information. We disclose data only to these processors, or where required by law.

Marketing

If you join our email list, we'll send occasional updates and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing psoukbuz@gmail.com. We retain order records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
