Processing and programming

Canadian orders: pre-programmed and tested before shipping by our Canadian technology partner Fuel Octane, then sent to you ready to use out of the box.

International orders: ship with your 1TapMeta packaging and simple step-by-step instructions — program your product yourself in minutes using the free 1TapMeta NFC app. No technical knowledge needed.

Custom orders ship after your design is approved; Augmented Reality Menu Tiles are limited-availability projects with a wait list of 2–8 weeks depending on scope.

Delivery times

We'd rather be honest than promise 3-day shipping we can't guarantee: please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, as international logistics are currently affected by global disruptions. Canadian orders typically arrive faster. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Rates

Canada: Standard $12 CAD (free on qualifying bundle orders), Express $20 CAD.

United States: Standard from $7.90 CAD (free on qualifying orders), Express $34.90 CAD.

International: carrier-calculated rates at checkout to the UK, EU, Australia, and 20+ other countries.

Exact rates for your address are always shown at checkout and can be previewed with the shipping estimator in your bag.

Duties and issues

Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@1tapmeta.com and we'll make it right.
