Processing

Every 1TapMeta product is programmed and tested before it ships from our NY/TOR facility with our technology partner Fuel Octane. Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders ship after your design is approved; Augmented Reality Menu Tiles are limited-availability projects with a wait list of 2–8 weeks depending on scope.

Rates

Canada: Standard $12 CAD (free on qualifying bundle orders), Express $20 CAD.

United States: Standard from $7.90 CAD (free on qualifying orders), Express $34.90 CAD.

International: carrier-calculated rates at checkout to the UK, EU, Australia, and 20+ other countries.

Exact rates for your address are always shown at checkout and can be previewed with the shipping estimator in your bag.

Delivery and tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at psoukbuz@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
