By using 1tapmeta.com or purchasing our products you agree to these terms.

Products and programming

1TapMeta products contain NFC chips programmed — with our technology partner Fuel Octane — to open destinations you provide (for example your Google review page, social profile, or menu). You are responsible for the content and legality of the destinations you ask us to program. We may decline destinations that are unlawful or deceptive. Chips can be reprogrammed; contact us for reprogramming support.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless another currency is shown. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors.

Guarantee and returns

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 90-Day Review Rate Guarantee, which applies when the product is used as directed with the ask-script included in your order. See the Refund Policy for full conditions.

Custom orders

Custom products begin with a $100 design consultation, credited in full toward your final order — non-refundable if you choose not to proceed, fully refunded if we decline the project. Augmented Reality Menu Tiles are accepted subject to availability, with a typical wait list of 2–8 weeks.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, and imagery — belongs to 1TapMeta or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Customer logos and artwork supplied for custom orders remain the customer's property.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes on third-party platforms such as Google or Meta.

General
