Refund Policy

90-Day Review Rate Guarantee

Every pre-programmed 1TapMeta product (Google Review Tiles, Social Media Tiles, Google Review Cards, Keychains, Tile Stands, and Kits) is covered by our 90-Day Review Rate Guarantee.

How it works: use your product as directed for 90 days from delivery — keep it placed where customers can see and reach it, and have your team use the recommended ask-script included with your order (developed with our technology partner Fuel Octane). If your Google review rate has not improved compared to the 90 days before you started, contact us at psoukbuz@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund the product's purchase price or send a replacement — your choice.

Conditions: claims must be made between 90 and 120 days after delivery; the product must have been in active use following the included setup and script; we may ask for reasonable proof of use (for example, a photo of the product in place and your Google review history). The guarantee covers the product price and excludes shipping. It applies once per product per order.

Standard returns

Unused standard products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us before returning; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we replace it at no cost — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Custom and consultation products

Customizable Tiles, Customizable Coasters, Coasters, Customizable Key Chains, and the Augmented Reality Menu Tile are made to order. The $100 design consultation fee is fully credited toward your final order. It is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after the consultation, and fully refunded if we are unable to take on your project. Because these products are built to your specifications, completed custom orders are not returnable except for defects.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
